Within the early years foundation stage ICT is not always restricted to the use of computers, laptops and tablets- ICT comes in a number of different forms. In foundation 1 during circle time we use "cause and effect" toys to promote curiosity, turn taking and basic technology skills. We are learning how our actions e.g. pressing a button can cause a reaction. We love exploring wind up toys, light spinners, remote control operated toys etc. to explore technology within our classroom! Understanding the world: technology
